“But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.” Matt. 6:33
A priority is something that comes first and of leading importance. It involves what we think about, where we spend our money, and where we spend our time. Matthew 6:33 urges us to “seek first his kingdom and his righteousness.” In today’s world there’s a lot of things that can bump God out of first place. Let’s choose to seek Him first. I love this sweet picture. It makes me think of Jesus’ love for us and the spiritual nourishment given in God’s Word.
