I love God’s Word. It’s absolutely remarkable!
Archaeological findings, prophecies, eyewitnesses and changed lives all confirms the authenticity and truth of the Bible. God has a honest record of His faithfulness. We can trust Him. We have hope even in our brokenness because God keeps His promises. God says in His Word that through His Son, Jesus Christ, the One True God…
- You are loved with an everlasting love. (Jer. 31:3)
- You are forgiven. (Eph. 1:7)
- You are delivered from the power of darkness. (Col. 1:13)
- You are a child of God. (John 1:12)
- You are victorious. (1 Cor. 15:57)
- You have everlasting life. (John 6:47)
When I first became a Christian, the Bible verse that was given to me to memorize was Psalm 119 :105 “ your word is a lamp to my feet and a light for my path. “ At that time I did not understand how important or true those words would be for my life’s journey. But today I know I need God‘s word every day to direct and guide my journey and I am so grateful for His words.
AMEN!!! 🙏🏾♥️🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾. I thank Father God, often, for the gift of His Word. Without it, I’m totally lost and never “good enough.” I’m so thankful that, through His Word, I’ve learned and experienced Truth, including: “Apart from Him I can do nothing” (John 15:5); but, I can do ALL things through Him who strengthens me (Phil 4:13). Now, I live by every Word that comes from HIS mouth” (Matt 4:4) because, now, I know and understand, in my heart (and not just in my head), that “it is God who works in me, both to will and to work for His good pleasure.” (Phil 2:13) and that Father God goes before me and will be with me and will NEVER leave or forsake me (So, I’m never alone! 🙏🏾🙌🏾), which is the reassurance and guidance I need to help me obey His command to not fear or be dismayed. (Deut.31:8). Father God’s Word is Remarkabe, indeed! 🙏🏾♥️🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 Father God is AWESOME!!!
